At Croozer, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging and include any accessories or manuals that came with the product.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
